Where it happened : Second Demon Prison
Bug Description : The monster spawns at a higher level than it is supposed to. It’s level 194 whereas the other monsters are only around 160. A player at that level can’t even hit the Key Thief. 
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Go to Second Demon Prison
- Find Key Thief
- Observe its level
- Get hit by 2k normal attacks while observing
