Soo after the big braw i tought that when talking about clerics, the plague doctor wold be the most seen in pvp, and we see a lot ofc, but not as manny as the kabbalist, a class that i never realy undestood what it does. Eeverybody says that the PD its a op class, and i also think it is with all of those CC blocks that it haves, but at least in my server SA, there are like 5 kabbalist on the top10. what the heck makes this class soo strong?! i know that it haves something to do with numbers but i was never good with math :V…
- revenged sevenhold - can kill the enemies in less thn 5 seconds if they start out with an op skill like:
monk - usually start out with energy blast
wugushi - usually start with poison
cata- sually start with rush
it does x7 the damage back to them and i think u take reduced damage (by looking at the tosbase vid the kabba only takes 1 damage)
- ein solf
-max level doubles ur hp, so if u have 20k u will have 40k, but when the buff runs out ur max hp will be reduced to half
merkahbah
-does 2.5k per wheel, and theres 5(?) wheels so thats 12k+ dmg, most ppl in team battle dont even have that much
- u can position it to where they wont know its coming to them

People are dumb, they don’t know how to play against a lot of classes. But that’s understandable, PvP is a new feature that many didn’t played, that will change when they learn how to play PvP. To counter r7f you just need to basic attack the kabba and that’s it, but people still using their best skills with r7f up, it’s so funny to see lol
See it by yourself, spectate a game with kabba and watch a musk shooting a Snipe and then receiving 7x damage back

Plague Doctor is quite strong and has its merits but in terms of killing power it really needs a supporting team member with CC, with Psychokino being the best for the role (and not many of those at certain MMR brackets).
R7X is entirely the reason Kabbalist is doing so well right now. Not Merkabah, not Ein Sof (though the latter is quite good in a pinch). It’s a direct counter to so many classes and with the little life many players have, R7X is self-sufficient to deal high burst damage, as opposed to PD’s Incineration. Due to the sheer amount of mitigation that other jobs in the Cleric line can provide as well, it can be a big effort to remove the R7X stack with a basic attack (as it requires them to take damage in order for it to trigger), not that many people notice when R7X is up anyways.

Oracle does pd job better because all the good debuff outside of hexing maybe are rank1 and you also get the only good way to defend yourselves and your team against magic damage. So you can combine that with kabba for revenged and possibly c3 ein sof at one point, that’s why they are dominating.
IMC really need to give some non cleric classes dispell skills (because i bet a cleric class will get one at r8, wouldn’t want pvp to not be centered around them)
It’s because people have no idea what they are doing and rush in before they are even buffed and go hit the enemy with their strongest attack only for revenged sevenfold to punish the crap out of them. It’s super effective against glass cannons!
They will learn eventually.
Oracle + Kabbalist is what you need to do well in team battle league lol.
That is until your prophecy runs out. I’ve been in matches where the cc gets crazy that even my lv 9 prophecy ain’t enough.
btw @BlueByu m making a paladin c3 too can u explain me the utility of this class on your build? just for curiosity, to make me chose what to do on my build too

Does R7 will reduce if we wearing high mdef? for example my normal FC 2k per hit and if any kabal with R7 step on it I only get less than 1k? is this possible?
r7 works on pets , summons, statues, fuc king inqui birds, has lower cd than duration, You are all saying “oh people just don’t know how to play”, thats not true, returning damage is already pretty good returning 7x damage is a balance abomination, if you get in a team with no heals against r7 you are fu cked.
