So those who played close beta don’t need however do they get 2 keys to give away or nah or does everyone just get one key ? they didn’t fully specify except that previous tester don’t need one an that all those who registered before the 19th can play with a “key”.
Who already participated dont need keys, if they will give spare key to us we dont know yet, as of some say, some fansites might do some giveway/lotery on the 21st, i cant confirm for sure if they will but we never know, i think on the 1st iCBT some fansites received some keys for giveway.

If you got key for 1st beta = You don’t need to do any register progress.
If you register for 1st beta but not get key = You have to press register button for 2nd beta.
I don’t think they’ll send new key to person who have 1st beta key though. Because they said 1st beta tester can use same key that they already had.

I don’t think people in the first closed beta will receive an extra key to give to friends or whatever. I got lucky since a friend of mine had two emails registered on the site and had gotten a key on both. I was in the hospital and thankfully my friend did this so that I wouldn’t miss out on the second closed beta.
