Just wanna share my 2-cents about soldatazur’s point of view, my comment was directed to him, not OP. My opinion about this topic is already summed up in my last lines.
OP wanna share his suffer and hes done. I dont even know if he still cares about the topic and checks back once in a while. Apparently he doesnt. So there. Hope he can get over this.

I do get this from soldatazur’s post and honestly it does make sense: the game should be self explanatory, without forcing a player to look into every news in detail.
Example:

We’re talking about IMC man, not a normal company who says what’s a feature or not. “It’s a feature” meme is very popular on ToS forum for a good reason.
Yes, like they can tweak every game feature, what’s the point ?
There is actually a lot of things that are not fair in this game like new player rewards, their plan was not to make a fair way to reward people, we’re talking about IMC, yo.
Just to remember what the OP said in his post :

the in-game news feature is a convenient way to check the rules though. also shady deals in night markets is bound to have a catch. especially when one discovered when to easily get the coins
