Just recently bought 900 TP, can't claim it

Bought another 900 TP bundle at SEA, and couldnt claim it again. now its gone from the TP button, but there isnt any on my inventory.

thanks for the quick reply on the ticket. already fixed.

It is not the ticket. Sometimes you just need to wait. Maximum time for me was 10 minutes from I press the button ingame till I got TP on my char.
