Just lost 2000 candy

Decided to skip the dungeon, because I knew it’s going to be a shitfest before the exploits even happened.
Got rewarded 2000 candy for the inconveniences that this event caused, NOTE: I participated in other aspects of the event, just never entered the dungeon. Lost the candy or rather, all of the Blessed Shards and the Attribute Points.

I don’t care about the candy, but the inconsistency is killing me. No where in the initial notes was it stated that I have to participate in the event dungeon in order to claim the 2000 candy. I’d probably kept them if I dumped them into Blessed Gems.

You could try sending them a ticket and hope they treat your case individually.

They probably just ran a script on the database to erase all candies from accounts who didn’t ever enter the dungeon. That’s probably the best way they could think of to clean exploited candies (maybe not the absolute best way, but the way they chose). Unfortunately, scripts cannot differ if you truly exploited or not.

Either way, even if they don’t do anything about it, you can still get ~2k candies in about 2 days of event. The biggest limitation now is the amount of shards / attribute boxes you can get from the event per account.

Funny thing, i made a account in case i fianally decide to try falc3, i made this archer, got my candy, traded for atribute points vouchers and stashed those because i disliked my new character hair… turns out my atribute points are still safe at my team storagr, even tough this char never set foot on the event dungeon whatsoever.

I never do the dun too.
And my Points are still on my new PalaC3 ^^
I realy hope he keep them xD

I don’t think they bothered taking out Attribute point boxes since those are untradeable. I never entered event dungeon either yet I kept my boxes. I believe only candies and blessed shards were removed.

Man when you put it that way I sure do believe you should get those free blessed shards.

They got the candies we get from the kupole too? It’s not much, I know, buuuut…

I lost all the candy too. I never entered the dungeon, but I was picking up the free 30 each day and just changing them into shards. All gone now.

I even stated that I’m bothered by the inconsistency no the actual loss. To say that I wasn’t impacted by the event, well that’s just wrong. As soon as I’ve heard that this is going to be a PvP thing, I knew not to set foot inside the dungeon. Anyway, I lost all of my shards, including the Saalus ones and all of my candy, their script just did a complete wipe.

Thank you for the reply, however I am not eligible for the rewards. My issue was the inconsistency - giving players something, then taking it away. I’ve never set foot in the Event Dungeon, because I predicted the outcome. I did collect about 500 candy by doing the events outside the actual Halloween dungeon.

I understand the reasoning behind your decision, I would just prefer, if you came to that conclusion before you rewarded me with 2000 candies, then took them away, together with the rest of my candies/shards.

Note: I have been playing since closed beta.

Well if you have time just run event few times. Now that it gives 3x as more candies and monsters in event itself have 3x as candies droped (in case of Large Kepa) aggresion of players is way lower. Even seen player who reached 300 to just run around killing big kepas for other players to get candies from. So I got also 300 candies just by sticking close to him :slight_smile:
Usualy 2-3 players per run reach 300 this way (once you are close to 300 you can go different way and make candies for other players too)

Got 2400 candies in 3 runs yesterday and had nice chat with participants at the end of every run
Only once we got someone trying to cheat by desync, he was struck by karma when he desynced right into Crystal trap near end ending with less than 200 candies ;3
