I saw at ktest Runecaster>Enchanter C2 is somehow on meta. Rune of Giants + Lightning Hands. It might be viable on R9 release.
Delete mapoflove, please, IMC staff.

Agree, rune caster its only useful for Rune of ice, other skills is trash, garbage dmg, and no utility… they need some buffs//rework
