I donât want to be too rude, but do you actually think about what youâre saying before you write it?
The lag spike is due to âlag spike in users after the recent updateâ. Then some other sentence that doesnât really make sense or provide clarity in the problem.
Did you mean the servers are lagging because you are at capacity and they canât handle the player load? Because assuming thatâs what you meant, that sounds like utter garbage. There were thousands more people on prior to the dpk debacle and your servers were working fine. Now we are getting like 20s delays on connections that are usually 25ms. There is clearly a bug in your code or you are being DDOS attacked. Now i know you donât want to admit the latter if it is occuring for a variety of reasons, I get that. Just donât drop some lame excuse like âtoo many playersâ as the reason for lag that has made the game unplayable for 10 hours.
Rule #1 of communication management, say as little as you can until you have concrete details.
A simple âwe are also seeing the increase in response time in our monitoring tools, weâll communicate an update specific to this issue once we know moreâ. Now everyone knows you know and we donât need your inaccurate attempt at either a lie or just the wrong answer.

Amy i understand ok⊠but its been since 6am my time and now its 6pm, idk what happen with you guys, but we players want to play the game, if this gonna keep going, please make a note and post it for everyone, many players is losing dungeons runs, vouchers, cookies and many more, we are your customers we need to have a talk clear here to resolve the problem, ok u guys are checking bla bla, but it will take long ? if yes why not make a note for everyone and let them know ? i dont get it⊠seens like you guys dont care, and i dont like to feel like that, sorry if i am making a drama here, but this is my think about it, theres lots of way to let the community know whats going, but at moment we feel like we are all alone without any words from the company imc, this is very wrong and you know that⊠if you are in our place what would you do ? i am not asking for something impossible, please let us know whats going on, when things gonna get fix !

We need you to close the game and bring it back when itâs fixed. Many people are wasting their vouchers / books / event buff / whatever while you are fixing this. Itâs been more than 12 hours.

Game is unplayable at least take the serves offline while you fix it and give players compensation for downtime
Youâll only have people losing their dungeon runs and exp tomes and getting angrier if you keep the servers up.
