Just can't play, to much lag... this patch bring lots of problems!

Sure would be better if they just Copy+Pasted the Korean Version over ours, then slapped a bit of English text on it and loaded up the database of all of our characters into it.

Because you can bet your ass the Korean Version doesn’t crumble to pieces every time they have a small patch (especially one that was suppose to just add a cube to the cash shop and NOTHING else.)

We should all change our Icons to the crying Popolion when the game is unplayable. Maybe a member of staff will notice that when they browse the forums every couple of months.

One would wonder how does adding simple cosmetics turn the servers from mostly fine to completely unplayable.

Feels like there was a hardware downgrade, which does actually not make sense, but its IMC so it kinda does.

I tried but it doesn’t seem to have worked. :disappointed:

I tried on my other computer and I was able to load in, but the lag was insane! Then shortly after the channel crashed. The channels have continued to crash since then.

Don’t worry guys, it’s just their servers burning. Nothing to worry about, the guy who gets paid in Kimchi will fix this.

My internet connection is fiber cable and has 15 MBPs speed. Since last night the game is lagging here, I can’t cast skills, I see no one mob in the map, I’m disconnected and so on. Please, fix it! I’m talking from Silute [SA].

There were some inconveniences caused due to lag spike in users after the recent update

I don’t want to be too rude, but do you actually think about what you’re saying before you write it?

The lag spike is due to “lag spike in users after the recent update”. Then some other sentence that doesn’t really make sense or provide clarity in the problem.

Did you mean the servers are lagging because you are at capacity and they can’t handle the player load? Because assuming that’s what you meant, that sounds like utter garbage. There were thousands more people on prior to the dpk debacle and your servers were working fine. Now we are getting like 20s delays on connections that are usually 25ms. There is clearly a bug in your code or you are being DDOS attacked. Now i know you don’t want to admit the latter if it is occuring for a variety of reasons, I get that. Just don’t drop some lame excuse like “too many players” as the reason for lag that has made the game unplayable for 10 hours.

Rule #1 of communication management, say as little as you can until you have concrete details.

A simple “we are also seeing the increase in response time in our monitoring tools, we’ll communicate an update specific to this issue once we know more”. Now everyone knows you know and we don’t need your inaccurate attempt at either a lie or just the wrong answer.

Is there going to be any maint for this? This has been happening for over 8 hours now.
We know you’re aware of the lag, but are there any plans to fix it anytime soon?

Amy i understand ok… but its been since 6am my time and now its 6pm, idk what happen with you guys, but we players want to play the game, if this gonna keep going, please make a note and post it for everyone, many players is losing dungeons runs, vouchers, cookies and many more, we are your customers we need to have a talk clear here to resolve the problem, ok u guys are checking bla bla, but it will take long ? if yes why not make a note for everyone and let them know ? i dont get it… seens like you guys dont care, and i dont like to feel like that, sorry if i am making a drama here, but this is my think about it, theres lots of way to let the community know whats going, but at moment we feel like we are all alone without any words from the company imc, this is very wrong and you know that… if you are in our place what would you do ? i am not asking for something impossible, please let us know whats going on, when things gonna get fix !
