Just can't log in in any char

Bug Description :
When i choose my character and enter map the scren start to charge after it charge it crash

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open game
  2. Selec server
  3. Choose character
  4. Enter any map/ch

Hope to get any solution i dont have enought time to play and when i i have some can’t because the game crash also dungeon still crash a lot lost some runs </3

What’s happening IMC

Update: I check de cache game and now only can’t get in with my char in Klaipeda map :confused: the problem almost my player are there…

No i try with a add on for dont crash still dont work :confused:

The only solution that i found its delete all temp files from ToS after that check verify game but each time that i leave of the game can’t get to klaipeda again until i do it again it took me like 10 min… still waiting for IMC advice…

Or some one that can helpme

Welp it odn’t waork any more also guildmates have same problem… we’re lossing dungoen runs/time/silver/blessed shard and still no reply from IMC :frowning: waht i need to do for soem atention here?

remove all your addon ? worse to the worse uninstall and install again.

@jhgohrick did it and don’t work i remove all and do things that toldme by support also resintall game and still same problem also some guildmates with the same problem :frowning:

same problem here i remove all my addons and reinstall the game and nothing.i dont play more for this weekend maybe try to play after next maintenance

@carlos.urrutia.echev no i tried uninstall with a program that delete all the files currelntly waiting for the update but it give some error too when the update its open error, and it cancel and reset .-. to be honest not sure what to do only hope that the update work once and try too see if it fix will tell you if work when the update stop sending error .-. RIP all my runs in a lot chars
