If I have a character Corsair+Squire, and open the AFK repair shop, and I go to my farm character, Pillaging will work if I stay close to my AFKRepair Shop Corsair+Squire ???

True, but u can make squiresair(sounds like a pokemon name xD) on other account. Maybe u will need assistance of the 3rd person in party to invite with one PC. But it could work.
i will test this today: if a logout squiresair can still share pillaging buff or not

if your corsair logout, your pillaging buff will be dissapeared eventhou your shop still there

I don’t know anything about pillaging, if it gets better with more ranks and all that, but there you are. Templar is for a Farm. I mean, why not? A true AFK character of boons.
no way. i tested it with my friend just now.
i as squiresair add my friend to my party, opened a repair shop and sharing pillaging buff, it works.
But when i logout, my friend told me only the shop remain, the pillaging buff disappear

if i dont logout, i will be more useful as a mobile corsair than squiresair.

I guess using two accounts at once is too much for you to understand.

using two account=using 2 ToS game client loging in at the same time. (whether using 2 PC or 1 PC with 2 client, @LunarRabbit is this possible? )
It will be much more effective to just let your corsair3 friend actively accompany you farming than making a 2nd account squiresair from scratch.
Possible yes. I wish IMC changed this at some point.
But just as you say about effectiveness. Corsair pillaging has a range for applying the pillaging buff. Walk too far = buff off.
At this point you’re wondering, “but how can I move it that much without affecting my ability to control my main properly while farming, because I’m not a piano player?” - If you find the answer you’re most likely being reported/banned, lol.
So, short answer, pick one:
A) Learn to play with 2 keyboards or 2 different inputs.
B) Help to solve the Corsairs’ unemployment issues: Call one to farm with you.

just give up on finding any backdoor and let your corsair3 friend actively accompany you farming. The normal way

since you can’t go corsair 3 and squire 3 it’s worthless even if it works.
at rank 10 you can build cor3squire3 but still… a stationary pillaging transmiter isnt as good as a mobile one 
you can pillage only once per monster anyways so this has no point
