So, there’s this map called Maven Abby, it has 4 types of monsters, 3 of which are Ticens and the 4th is Red Nuo, lvl 277. It turned out to be the only monster in the game on which the Joint Penalty skill is not working. First time I discovered this I was lvl 265 and thought that maybe my level is too low compared to them, but when I got to lvl 267, Red Nuos still cannot be linked (the cast skill just disappears, as if it hit a wall or a tree.
Can anyone confirm whether it’s a bug or an intended behavior (which I hightly doubt, why this one monster would get such a priviledge)?

It appears that Blue Temple Slave Assassin (lvl 273) in the Investigation Room is also resistant to Joint Penalty. Weird.
