looking back at the actual ragnarok online i came to think after actually managing to reach the 7th rank.
the job change quest is the easiest out of any game i’ve ever played here.
it almost felt off. remember the fist job change in ragnarok? it’s very challanging and unique. the swordsman test to walk on a bridge where you can fall and have to start all over again, acolyte test with water and stuff from all over the map.
and then once it’s all done we felt good, we felt amazing. of course easier is most of the time better but come on now. kill 10 enemies and done? that’s just easier than normal day to day quest.
i was expecting like “this game has lot’s of class so, once i start hitting rank 5 the job change will be alot harder and will bring back that challenge” but it turns out not to be true. it’s easy all the way except for the hidden class which is literally almost nightmarish the way i like hidden class is.
if you think about it, hidden class job change quest is not even close to how hard job 4 is in Ragnarok. Warlock job change quest was even crowned as the hardest quest to do back when i was playing it’s awesome it took me literally 3 hours to complete the last part of it and it was EXTREMELY fun.
with all that said, i don’t know if this is a design choice but i think job change quest really need to be stepped up. it’s way way too easy.
