Because it is the right thing to do. All game companies … errr … rather all companies, no matter what type, answer questions and provide answers officially through announcement. Forum reply seldom answer known issues. Doing so would be unprofessional.
Riot games is not working like that (not all the time).
Cause they have no moderation/forum/CM team, like every other publisher does have.
And half the time even when they do, they give you just as generic responses. Though here the responses to some of the questions/requests are more robotic than Ive ever seen.
