Did the forums just now come back up for you? I was checking every other hour or so after work,was very surprised it was this long.Hope it’s all good now.

Maybe IMC is getting ready for 2nd iCBT? 
Japan and Indonesia are about to go in 1st CBT
IMC will adjust data and stuff
2nd iCBT will probably be still be around Oct or Nov
The reasons why forums were down :
There are a LOT of bug reports posted here and the staffs want to make their evaluation & reading easier. That is why IMC prevented the other users (besides staffs) from posting in order to read every thread carefully without having to deal with other “unimportant” posts.
