It literally doesnt matter as long they implement a way to transfer characters at a later date.
Everyone should be willing to give them time.
Afterall i would not buy servers randomly either before knowing my actual player numbers and how the current servers are able to handle traffic and pings. Past that, its the start of the āopenā beta. There is still much to be doneā¦ much indeed.
Thereās no āhigh timeā for them to tell you. If they could they would already have told you right from the outset.
Decisions like these involve many parties, logistics and infrastructure and likely many layers of management. The community managers are only the messengers and donāt decide these unilaterally. So be understanding.
Theyāll tell you when they can, and they canāt give you a firm answer until they themselves have a firm answer.
