It's happening....can't claim TP

Already sent a ticket 3-4hrs ago…nothing happen till now :cold_sweat:

  1. Did Steam email you a receipt for the purchase?
  2. Did you check your Mail?
  3. Did you click on the TP button in game?
  4. Did you look in your Inventory?

I know TP works because I literally just bought some myself

Did you purchase TP before or after the Update? If you purchased it before or directly right after launch it might take a while to process

Hope they reply to you, I’m sure they are busy with ppl who are wanting refunds for Rank reset because they cannot read properly

After the patch hit around 3-4 hrs I guess…

They already reply to me(two times) but have nothing else till now.

look like only thing i can do now is waiting… sob :cry:

Sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

We’re communicating with Valve since it appears that the servers were affected after Valve’s servers were unstable during the Christmas weekend.

Walletknights flagging I guess, rank reset sure brought some players back. 6,455 peak today. Imagine if we had rank reset from day one…
