Its been 5 years and how is the "commander already existed bug" not fixed yet

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot) My internet is fine but your servers managed to ■■■■ up and prevents me from doing and actions in game and apparently im disconnected. So i logged out and logged in. But i cant log in since my account is still registered as “logged in” in your servers. Then how the ■■■■ am i disconnected if im stilll logged in. Holy fuckingshit you’d think it would be the first thing that the devs or whatever would fix but ■■■■ i see threads 3-5 years ago with no clear answer and fix and apparently “just wait” is the fix. ■■■■■■■ lol

I think there’s a problem with the servers. I can’t finish my elgos annex quest and i can’t auto attack on that map either

after I queue lvl dungeon and after that stuck in the town then relog >> got commander, last week i stuck after qeuing lvl dungeon many time
