It's been 2 day now , that Launcher won't work

Hello , it’s been now two days that the launcher won’t work !

i redownloaded the game 2 times on Steam , checked files integrity and i’m still stuck on that damm Launcher windows : https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/52/4/1514452105-tos.jpg
It won’t go further , i can’t even access the login screen.

I’m not the only one with that problem , there is a lot of topics about it on the steam forum !

I used to have this same issue, restarting my computer seemed to help, dunno why.

open “release.revision” file
change numbers to 185683
check files
try launch

if not help idk
