Im waiting just 7 days, i said SEVEN DAYS, and already sent 3 tickes and nothing was resolved yet, i paid Founders Pack 1 and when i apply the mail to the character on Klaipeda, the server was unstable and i cant log in, whe servers back to normal i log in and my DLC item just was missing.
same here, 5 support tickets, no any respond, this is sick
