Most or all of database are not updated, an will no update for the new content, ppl quiting, giving up anway, at least a mobile game have a kind of database, tos have a lot of information and content, and we dont have any officialy, maybe if imc at least recognize the database owners effort they could keep going.
Its real, we need a official database IMC
No developer will provide an “official full database” because its part of the game for players to discover. This includes, but not limited to: maps, (hidden) NPCs and triggers, (hidden) quests, monsters, drops, items in general, etc.
Without all of the above your “database” will be reduced to class and skills descriptions and (possibly) some tools on top.

Indeed, asking IMC to provide a database or wiki like tos-neet is kinda hard. Most of Wikipedia of games is made and maintained by players/fan. Dev/game publishers can get involved by verifying contents and rewarding wiki contributors by ingame currency. I really love how ArenaNet treats their Guild Wars 2 Wikipedia contributors.
It is really pity that IMC didn’t care and reward database maintainers until they all stopped doing. STAFF said they were trying to contact ToS-neet owner. Hope it is not too late for them to save it.
