So When the game came out i redeemed my steam package on Klaipeda, and then moved over to Orsha due to queue times being way to high on Klaipeda. I was wondering if those items plus the ones from when the server had issues could be transferred over to my other character on Orsha since i dont play on playing on the Klaipeda character anymore.

I have the same problem, I started playing on Orsha and used the 10€ DLC gift on that character, but then the server started having +900 queue and my friends and I moved to Fedimian (we live in EU so we thought that was the better server for us).
