Bug Description :
Items dropped not corresponding with what is picked up.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Warp to Irredian Shelter and kill some mobs, check drops.
   Mithril Ore being shown as Gyslotis Seeds.
   Irredian Brooch being shown as Magijos Amulet.
   Sapphire being shown as Old Legend Enhancement Card.
   Opal being shown as Guinea Pig Egg (Test. 1 minute)
   Topaz being shown as Goro Egg.

Let me guess: you were logged in before the maintenance, got disconnected by it, and played after the maintenance without ever restarting the client.
Well, the issue is right there - the game client never got its item list updated, so it goes haywire with the visualization of the dropped items.
Restart the client so that it patches properly and it will work fine.
