hello, ive got a question i traded some of my cleric dv/pd (int cleric) gear for a couple of gladiator bands with other player and they became untradabble and i cant even put them in my team storage to make use of them on my other character qs/ws im a token user, is it a bug ?
now that i see in my character settings where the token benefits are listed it does not say that i have any trades left or that i can even trade, i have the 15 day token active tho, if one doesnt have the 30/60 day token active and makes a trade with other players the items will become untradable regardless of potential?, if that is the case it is very dissapointing.
i had stoped playing for months and decided to try again in a diferent class then gathered all my previos character gear and sold it , traded it to get this 2 gladiator bands that are now stuck on my gearless int cleric, guess this is it : (
If you don’t have a normal token, you will get a big text on the screen when you do the trade warning you about that the items are going to become untradable.
Sadly a lot of people don’t like to read and will therefore have a bad time.

Unfortunately if one or both of the parties involved in the trade does not have any “trade count” remaining. The item (in this case Gladiator Band) will be flagged as untradeable.
Event Tokens unfortunately do not have any “trade counts” and that’s the only downside to using them.
Please make sure to check the top part of the trade window for “Token Active” in full green background.
Also, keep an eye out for any “pop-up” warnings telling you that the “item will have changed properties” (meaning that one or both of you are using Event Tokens or have both 0 trade counts).
The only warning you should say “Yes” to is “the potential would be decreased”.

well i dont really remember if i got a msg telling me about the items changing properties but yeah if i did i probably didnt read, even so why would they make items untradable with non token users if they already lose potential when trading? and if they become untradable if i buy a normal token will they become tradable again or are perpetually untradable?
any hope on them becoming tradable in a future patch ?
if not, im now totaly broke and prob will move server to latin america to get cheaper tp.
To position “Token” as an advantage, a necessity, rather than just an EXP boost.
The deed cannot be undone, unfortunately.
The “untradeable” tag you get for these “subjected” items are different from other normally untradeable items (like the regular TP hairstyles which you can store in Team Storage).
This can still be moved via Team Storage (despite the tag).
thanks for the replys, now im gonna go have a drink and think if its whort to keep playing tos or be back at the xbox , it actually took me a while to get enough to afford those u_u
I feel you, although when I encountered this I was lucky enough to have noticed the window that said “properties would change”.
It was weird because we both had Token (indicated by “Token Active” in the window). That’s when I asked the person if he/she used an Event Token and voila… the culprit.
