Item with 0 potencial can't store ate Team Storage

Bug Description :
I can’t storage my Regard Horn Crossbow, with 0 potencial, in Team Storage. Is this some kind of bug right? Because it doesn’t make any sense, at the time i can storage my Five Hammer, with 0 potencial…
I,ve already send a ticket for you, but without answer(like a month ago)…
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Try to make your crossbow bypass +10
  2. When you failure at the time you make 0 potencial, at +7
  3. Try to storage at Team Storage
  4. Be twice disappointed

It was, lv 3 transcend, then i take it off and… :confused:

You can’t put transcended items on your storage sir.

It WAS transcended.

Its not anymore, after that he is stuck on my char :confused:

I have crafted this item all by myself, and i am a user token. I’ve heard the new rules about tradable itens, it still doesn’t make any sense.

Possibly IMC hasn’t considered the possibility of removing the transcendence of a pot 0 item, hence why it remains untradeable.

Unless there’s some reason for things to be this way, this is certainly a bug.

Perhaps you worded things wrong on your ticket. Do open a new one explaining that the item had its transcendence removed however it remains untradeable and send them the screenshot.

Thanks for that, i’ve send a third ticket. It’s so annoying, i have send a picture of it, clearly it’s not transcended…Gosh!
I just want a right answer, not a cheap one, that clearly says they did not read or analize!

As what we have mentioned in your previous ticket, once an item has been transcended it will lost its tradability.
Also there is no possible option to make tradable again once the item become untradable.
