Item Transcendance

Some information regarding item transcendence… since today is the 5th day after maintenance with most players getting their 1st 10 blessed shards.

Item transcendence will lock the item to the character that does the transcendence.

The information is nowhere in the patch notes, maintenance notes or in the UI. I learnt it the hard way and now my +10 cata shooter is with my cleric, unable to transfer back via team storage.

Sent a tix hoping IMC can do something to help, this post is to raise the awareness so other players wun get the same frustration like me.

Got a reply from IMC support…

i already warned people from my server about this,

my +12 manamana (which was suppose to earn me fortune became untradeable).

regarding the item being not able to be transfered via team storage, i think that should be fix… i think transcending gears and making it untradeable with ‘other’ player seems fair. but it should be atleast be transfer via Team storage.

Yeah, hopefully they make the change. Am now trying to hunt for a crystal rod to check if reversing the trancendence will it help in removing the non-transferrable status.

There’s really no indication anywhere ingame that transcendence makes gear untradeable? That’s really dumb.

Nope, there is no indication, unless I click too fast and missed out a confirmation screen.

After transcended the item gains a “untradable” tag.

Thank you for the PSA, it’s quite bullshit that this wasn’t announced anywhere nor were you warned. Also typical template IMC response, I like how they didn’t address your issue at all :confused:

Good qn, I went to check again and there is a text that says

  • Transcended Items cannot be traded.

Would really appreciate it is written in a more prominent position though, my bad for not noticing the ? button.

It should honestly give you a pop up when you try to use it that says that right in your face.

ya this is another fkng j/k, now nxt week when I try to transcend to stage 2 on an 88-90% success rate ill fail and lose 2 entire wks of saluus runs, then I will be done with this nonsense…

I think they will fix this eventually. I Hope this coming maintenance. Maybe they just forgot to

The transcendance FAQ comes 1day late for me :cry: , but thank you @STAFF_Ethan for posting the very much needed article on how to transcend and decompose items. I’ll try to hunt for a crystal rod to reverse my blunder.

I noticed the *note, is there a chance that transcended items may be traded via team storage?

@Melon, @nate0106951 Yeah the costume combi that Lynessa is wearing makes her look really cute. Maybe I should install the z-plus mod to take more screenshots.

It’s kinda cruel because of how long it takes to gather the shards.

But at least they posted a lil FAQ.

Now i’m curious on what the hell they were thinking on letting secondary weapon Transcedence.

Are all skills that use secondary affected only by the sec attack making me need double or triple the time to get all skills on par? Or two weapons are ridiculously op for transcedence?
