Bug Description : Simply you cannot use
the blacksmith to do the Item Re-Identification on a
level 380 Primus shield. I’ve tried about 7 other
different items and they worked perfectly fine. It’s just
the shield that doesn’t work, and only this level and rarity.
I even let a friend attempt to reroll it and we ran into the same issue.
