I gather up 10 mobs, they hit me at once and i evade 10 atacks at time and receive +800 crit rate for 10 sec? I understand it right? Sounds OP as hell.
Good luck trying to evade attacks. 
Even without dex i eved them pretty often lol. If this boots work as i think the it’s even worth to invest in dex and boost evasion, boots itself has +150 evasion.

no special effect, plus only 1 socket not 3.
Buffs like that usually dont stack, but just refresh the duration of the buff. So no you would only get 80 crit, not 800.
Either way on ktos these boots dont seem to have this effect, mustve been a idea they scrapped maybe? 
There are two options:
- they are not ingame yet (because there are no items called Vikrus xxx yet) and may be added at a later point of the game (maybe a new dungeon or for the new ET?).
- The idea was scrapped because extra effects pretty much make the random stat equipment obsolete.
With the last changes/adjustments, the random stat system became pretty much the backbone of the game as players could still continue to farm for the best armor that way and get bored slower until more content is presented.
That’s suck, i like the idea of unique stats like RO has.
