I think it would be good to expand the Party Item Distributions.
Rather than Round Robin/Individual/Random.
They should have one where it has the option for everybody to roll or pass on the item. The biggest number gets it automatically.
They should also have an option for the leader to manually assign the items to the party members based on class. Eg. party members who wants the item type /roll in chat and see what number he gets. The biggest one gets the item but the leader has to manually give it to the party member.
