Item automatically

Why has not yet implemented a system in which, by killing the monster the drop goes directly to the person who killed, rather than stay on the ground waiting for the player to go over it to acquire it ???

Helps prevent AFK’s, punishes unobservant players and rewards the observant ones.

because taking a selfie where there is Battle Bracelet dropped beside you is very satisfying.

From the coding world, silver, item and exp small white orb going to your char animation could be disabled to increase fps. It is just cosmetics

Most games happen, why does not the cough follow the same ideology? And so much restriction

Sorry I’m not quite sure what you mean, this isn’t really a restriction, it has a real effect on the game.

Because people enjoy it this way.

Nobody can pick up your items for 5+ minutes. That’s a long time for you to walk 5 metres from where you were standing when you killed the monster to where the item dropped.

I wouldn’t be against a Psychokino attribute that automatically sucked nearby items in. And a Hunter “fetch” attribute. And a Hawk one, that doesn’t fill up my inventory with mud and stones and useless junk (what a useless attribute that is seriously).

rather than complaining it here, you can apply job to their dev department in korea and change the code directly as you pleased, mrjeaan.
Or you can upgrade your hacking mastery passive attribute, hack their server and silently change the code, afterwards leave untraced.
Complaining wont change anything.

Well, and much more beneficial for all, the intem go directly to you, instead of causing various effects like the falling coins or the own intem.

Thank you for your opinion

But… People like the effects.

The effects should still happen. And certain classes with an attribute that fits their class to collect it would be a nice addition.

I don’t understand what you’re trying to suggest here. You seem to think that people stealing the things that drop is a problem, it’s not, stealing items that drop has never been a problem, nobody can do it.

Sir, you deserve an upvotes!

In a way, do not you agree that there should be an option to enable or disable if the person does not want the intem? Same in ragnarok @autoloot.

Dont think @autoloot was available in the official servers, would make me ask why they bothered to give Merchant the skill “Greed”

Autoloot did not exist on any official server. It was not a mechanic of Ragnarok. You didn’t actually play the game, but played private servers with different mechanics and droprates to the original. Most private servers added teleporters and mechanics that made the game significantly different to the original. Half of those were badly thought through and hurt other existing mechanics in the game.

That’s not entirely true. Items dropped with “pillage” (Corsair) used to be FFA (I don’t know if it changed now since I didn’t test it anymore), so if you proc’ed the drop while someone passed by, you could lose it.

And sorry to fellow corsairs if I spoiled that “little” secret.

Haha, I have a Corsair and have never noticed/seen that! It’s such a non-issue. Kinda makes sense for pillaging though. Cute.

I noticed it many months ago while I was farming white recipes for virtov and a random guy passing by looted one that I dropped by pillage that same moment, then I tested it with a friend and it was indeed FFA.
It’s barely noticeable if you don’t know, but if it happens when you are farming for hours it may be a bit frustrating, no big deal tho :smile_cat:

Imo I’m not gonna like it if the item goes directly to my char’s inventory as …for example if I were to hunting specific item …and other stuff keep going into my inventory until its too heavy, its a pain to throw them all away, as I usually just ignore all those item on the ground…not going near it.
