Ita just me that are bored?

IFirst of all, sorry id this topic offends or makes someone uncomfortable with, but i have to ask:
Its just me, that after reaching max lvl, powerfull equipments and do not enjoy tbl, that are quite “quiting” of TOS? Like, i love this game, but i feels like i am waiting rebalancing and rank 9 content to be excited about this game one more time…

Ps: i already gotta 29 slots eith 200+ lvls chars, and do not have energy or motivation to level up another xD

it’s exactly that.
You can also do saalus runs while waiting. :water_buffalo:

Kinda be that way for all mmorpgs. Can skirt around endgame like me and just churn out alts though.

Thats so sad!! Its not what i have been expect after a painfull long journey ._.

I agree, and disagree. All the MMORPGs have better end game contents, and here in TOS we are not even and the “endGame”, we all know that will come more stuff, and wait for that doing Saalus, its quite disapoiting…

It feels sad to me, get i nice geared char, for just saalus hahaha

Lotta people talk about ToS having no real content to do at the end minus ET, and while that’s true, ain’t it essentially the same exact thing 289302390x over at the end that qualifies as content? “Endgame” content is always, always just cheap gameplay extending rng or dpk based mechanisms that get players to do the same boring thing over again. Or huge numbers for upgrades that require players to do dailies endlessly. The only pve endgame thing that qualifies as any sort of engaging gameplay are raids, and tos doesn’t really seem able to support raids.

Even as this is an issue, the entire reason why endgames are always like that is really tied into budget and manpower. People clear stuff too fast for devs to actually make enough content to keep up, and tos is sort of like…on the worst end of the spectrum of that capability ratio lmao.

Did you already completed your Solmiki set?
I don’t know, I kinda feel the same spending so much time in Saalus runs and rushs, but I am still motivated to get full Solmiki set (except weapon for now)

No. And i don`t even wanted too. I mean, of course i wanna a solmiki set, but after that, i will still be in the same spot as right now. I am testing the changes in ktest, and i really like mutch of than, but i still think that i will be in the same spot as right know, a so bored game that makes me do really hard high grade itens for nothing :x

yeah tos isn’t really a game to look forward to when it comes to endgame, i got bored of it a long time ago, i’m surprised people have so many slots with high levels when it doesnt seem that time worthy.

dungeon fighter online is a similar game with the alt accounts etc except you dont need to buy char slots there but it’s a whole lot more balanced with a better pvp arena without that stupid set time crap.

i’m a fan of diablo 2 style item farming where you can farm bosses constantly so i prefer playing path of exile, it’s not surprising that alot of ktos players love to play poe over tos as well.

i wish tos had that same feel, the graphics are fine but the farming / boss fights feel incredibly pointless and boring.

hell even the 15 year old ragnarok is better than this, it just proves that old doesn’t mean it’s obsolete and it being new doesn’t mean it would make it better.

i totally agree with u, i always loved the boss fights, and what comes with then, but here in tos is something like, mehh…
This game is so great and many ways, and has a big future plan(as they say), but it feels like i will get so bored till then, that i will not even remember of it x.x

Games like RO have castle wars to serve as endgame guild PVP but we do not have them.

TOS is very much a work in progress, and though that’s not really a valid excuse it does serve as an explanation.

RO have more than that, i knew lot of people that do not do this stuffs, and still enjoy late game in other ways!

29 slots

I hate you already by osmosis :expressionless:

JK…

if you get bored take your time and do something else until the spark refills again

right now am torn between entering the game and doing a couple runs and quest vs continuing watching a stream…

Believe, my T.O.C. does the “hate” job for you hahahaha I do not delete then all, juts for the team level bonus XP…

Yeah, i believe i will just wait for the “undefined” time for new stuff…

here’s to hoping they bring the balacing patch sooner than later really.

That’d give me a few more reasons to have fun with classes i actually couldn’t before due to the horrible state they were in…

Does rolling gacha make you feel bored too?
IMC could always use your extra cash on their gambling shop.

Go for perfect enchants on head costumes

Could you take a screenshot of the gears of your most powerful character? I want to check how far you are in the end-game before I suggest you what you could do while you wait for more content :frowning:

But the issue imo is that it’s all that it offers. And some other games do that too, but it’s what is wrong. A game isn’t actually only about gear and farming (at least for me). It’s also an RPG, and good RPG always include some explorations, adventures, lore discoveries, etc., that aren’t solely based on killing stuff and getting materials/items to get stronger.
And yes, some people take games super seriously and consider it a competition, but it’s also an entertainment. I think they lack more casual/random/chilling contents, that’s why endgame feels so boring.
It’s not that you have nothing at all at endgame, it’s just that it’s only the same kinds of things so it gets really boring and become a chore.

I hope TOS won’t keep developing just to be a farming life game… Especially since now we can’t even play Tree Of Fashion as much/easily.
