Right now the queuing is already at over 1300 with people waiting hours to login only to get kicked out. (Got kicked out twice this morning waiting fml). After everyone gets out from work the servers will be even more populated.

Two servers (plus the EU one) is not enough. If IMC knew what the server capacity was, and how many players bought the Founder’s pack, you would think they would know how many servers they needed…

I would gladly jump ship and abandon my current server (along with the TP I unfortunately claimed and cannot use) to go to a new server. :expressionless:

To be honest, they probably do have a contingency plan on paper but cannot enforce it without the approval of HQ. Unfortunately, HQ will always be slow to respond since it is in Korea after all. The only thing the U.S. team can probably do at most is the maintenance that is required to support whatever assets they have on hand at this time. I would hope that at tomorrow’s internal conference the issue of server capacity will be on the agenda.

My queuing currently is 1700 and big waste of time. And they announce that server transfer is only for fedimian, kinda bit unfair IMC, You must know that some regional community got split up because they can’t connect to another server. Tagging staffs to be aware for this @Staff_Julie @STAFF_Ethan

Meh. I’m guessing that they’ll be upgrading the capacity ASAP. Since this is going to eat into their profits/user base if they don’t address it.

I’ve seen wayyy too many people complaining about the Queue and not being able to log in, demanding refunds and such.

My guess is if not today, then probably tomorrow or Thursday, we’ll get another server opened up and people can spill over into it. Either that or they’ll upgrade the capacity of the existing servers for the time being.

It’ll be interesting to see what they do to handle it.

If you dont reset the Token and ingame money on the old servers no one can move to the new. Everyone will stay at Klaipeda/Orsha and we have 2 full servers and 1 “empty” till mid may…

Hi. I have a somewhat temporary solution to skip the queue. When you log in and get to the character screen, scroll down the channel list and choose the very last one. The game will tell you its full and it’ll move you to a new server, allowing you to skip the queue and go right into the game. Worked for me the two times I tried. Hope this helps you. ;0

Doesn’t work for me besides even if it works there’s another problem about the npc quest delay. The trigger is so fckng long, it really is irritating that when talking to quest npc nothing happens.

I have to keep constantly changing channels when that happens. It’s a pain. :disappointed_relieved:
