After asking some friends they brought the Zachariel Bangel to my attention and I checked which items I was missing to forge that item. After I noticed I am only missing the bearkaras fragment I got the information, that there is a Stone Guardian in Royal Mausoleum 4F , that starts a bossfight against Bearkaras, where I can get that fragment. So I went and checked for the quest, but I was not able to receive a Quest anywhere in the whole Royal Mausoleum. Since I was also missing some Mapparts in Royal Mausoleum 1F I went and did every Quest from Gateway of the Great King up to the Royal Mausoleum I could find and did get the missing Mapparts of Royal Mausoleum 1F, but the problem with the missing Quest in Royal Mausoleum 4F was not fixed, so i went and checked every stage again, but could not find a single quest in the Royal Mausoleum. Then I checked my achievement log and saw, that I already had 4 encounters with Bearkaras and asked a little around and people who were able to forge the item had less encounters, which brought me to the conclusion, that I may simply have not received the item, after killing Bearkaras there and finishing the quest, which I am not a 100% sure about.

It just seems like I did not receive some loot which supposedly has a 100% droprate
