Guys Nexon is the publisher in KR, they’re the ones who host the game down there. Nothing to do with ToS NA.
Also I’m pretty sure this is an NA Publisher group IMC with the same name as the developers, but this probably isn’t the developers we’re dealing with. Just the publishers.
I could be wrong, but they probably follow standard NA time.
This reminds me of what car dealerships do, they do basic b*tch work and when you come back with the same problem they contact their headquarters to talk to the real engineers on how to “really” fix it.
No it is self-published by IMC, so likely all the staff is in Korea except perhaps GMs and forum moderators
