Istora Ruins Missing quest?

Apparently I can’t seem to find this “Tower” NPC that is suppose to be in Istora Ruins spent an hour searching for it andd can’t find it, even though I’ve finish all the sidequest on the map except that one.

Seal the Stone Tower 176 EXP Card Lv.8 (2) Tower

is the quest bug? removed? or I just cant find it, if someone came across this boss called “Archon” please tell me where’d you find the NPC to activate the quest… here is the quest description on that specific area.

Seems like there is something under the Stone Tower. Tear down the Stone Tower.
Objective: Sealing the Stone Tower

End
Archon appeared from the collapsed Stone Tower! Defeat the Archon!
Objective: Defeat Archon

Good thing I wasn’t the only one. I don’t understand man. Anyways you teared down the tower to get that quest to begin with. The monster should’ve appeared but he didn’t.

But do you know where that stone you need to tear down?

Oh you never discovered the quest? How do you know about it then?

Anyways… it’s at the top right.

Saw it on the quest guide… yep i went to the top right part of the map there isnt a stone or anything thay i could interact with… pls im kindly begging you if you appear to go on that place please show me a screen shot of the place where you take the quest

it’s not really at the “top right”.

it’s at the right-most part of the map(red triangle).

there’s a monument you have to hit(as in attack normally) and when i did it, the boss appeared and i finished the quest.

seraphryu’s map is correct. The quest doesn’t work anyways though since you know… the boss doesn’t appear. I call it top right cause if you draw a line through the middle, it is to the right and the topmost place on the right.

i guess so, i went back to the same place and where that red triangle is,… and there’s no monument or something to hit… so pretty much not gonna happen :confused: so its rly a missing one

My friend also couldn’t see it after I broke it so maybe the server has a problem with respawning it. The stone isn’t the only thing that never respawns, the training dummy in highlander training ground doesn’t either.
