Bug Description :Skill Evasive Action (Schwarzer Reiter) not working
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Monitor Evasion value in Character Information (F1) = 3679
- Use skill Evasive Action and monitor Evasion value not change (same before =3679)
- And this skill description remove 1 debuff , But cannot remove debuff.
