It happend twice on my character. I tried to put the collection item in the collection box, it just disappear without pop up any messages. First time is wendigo fang and second time is forest bangle. Both these items are rare. I’m kind frustrated on what had happend. T.T… I dont know how to inform GM (game master). Therefore I post discussion here. Appreciate if any could help, thank u ^.^…

Thank you for your feedback. I know how to put the item to the collection box. I’ve been doing that, and it’s work fine for me, except for the two rare items.
I tried to do as mentioned for the support ticket based on the link you sent, but it doesn’t work. I clicked on ‘submit ticket’ then it asked me to authenticate my steam account. When I done that, the webpage lead to main page, and nothing appear about support ticket.
Help~~ Anybody can help?
