  • Reason for report : Login In Game Fail, Since 26th July i can’t go into the game. When i Click “play” all act normal…The Tree of savior screen popped up and i can see the files charging until 100% after and then nothing happens, the screen where we can choose the server to start the game never happens. Also I tried to Check Local Files and always say “2 files are missing… or 7 files are missing” I downloaded again and Click “play” nothing happens again. So I check the local Files again and “2 files are missing… or 7 files are missing” “AGAIN”. Seems everytime I tried to go into the game these files always dissapear.

Please, How i can Fix this problem…Even i tried to download the entire game and nothing.

I’m having the same problem. The Tree of Savior client opens, reaches 100% or sometimes 0% and then shuts down without doing anything. Worst part is that it doesn’t show any error message or something of the like, it simply closes without opening the game or showing a useful hint of what the problem may be about. The weirdest part is that I was playing it normally even after the update, I played the game without any issues until yesterday.

Already tried to uninstall all add ons, tried to verify the integrity of game cache mutiple times, tried to unistall the game and then install it again, tried to disable anti virus, nothing worked. Also, I don’t think the problem is related to my PC since I was playing normally until yesterday and out of nowhere I couldn’t start the game anymore.

Well the same thing happened to me hours ago, I just send a ticket to the staff and transfer my char to towns.

Works fine after that but once you enter again in the same map you got dc, the problem persist again.

This happened to me as well. The window would come up, go to 100% and then disappear and then nothing will happen. I tried verifying the integrity of the game cache and it downloaded 4 files, tried launching the game again, still the same thing. It would disappear and nothing will happen. I restarted my PC - still nothing.

Here’s how I fixed it.

Ever since the problem with the new patch, I keep a separate copy of the Steam Folder on my other drive. Sort of a back up if the main files get messed up. So I just deleted the Steam Folder in Program Files (x86) copied the back up folder in my other drive, pasted it in my main drive and it worked.

So I guess this will only work if you guys have a back up Steam file, if not, then what I would do if I was in your situation is to restore my computer to an earlier point. Easier than re-downloading the game. Hope this will help.

I dont have any Back up… never thought about that >_< what a mess!

oh that sux dude… when u tried to re-install the game it will download the whole patch files again! lol
