Is Using WTFast Ban-able?

Forgive me for my bad English because it isnt my main language.

Eversince the SEA server moved from US to SG suddenly me and couple of my friends on PH experience heavy lag, our ping used to be 200 when the server on us, but when moved to SG it raised into 400. Apparently other ph player also experience this, some says that WTFast can fix that and it did. My ping now 80 and my local friends also use this software.

What I want to ask is, does using this software can cause our ID to be banned? because we know its 3rd party program but we didnt use it to abuse anything, we just use it to fix the lag.

Bumping this because I, too, uses WTFast because even though the servers have moved in Telsiai, the connection is still horrible. I think my internet provider is the problem, PLDC ;w;

They won’t ban you for using vpn but you will be if you have the same ip address to some botter.

My account just got unlocked today. After doing some research, it is clear that using VPN, though not violates the Term of Agreement, will still get you banned because your ip will be the same as botter (if they use the same VPN provider as yours).
