Is this kind of suspicious activity legit?

I was grinding at demon prison today, I was approached by Player A (level 242 Featherfoot) and Player B (level 145 Chaplain) requesting for party.

Both player moves like regular player and have normal team name, however their movement is very synced and adjacent to each other, always moving in the same directions but never stacking on top or too far from each other.

Both players always cast the same skills at the same time, example: Player A cast Earthquake, Player B cast Heal at the same time.

Player A chats normaly, Player B never said a single word. Basically, Player B is a personal pet/healer

It seem like this guy is botting persay, but I was reading ToS (End user License Agreement) there’s nothing on multi-boxing or would that be consider a third party program?

I bought my concern to his attention; he simply noted that he’s using two different computers synced into one controller device. I don’t know if is true or not, wouldn’t this consider an unfair advantage?.. Or a smart way to play

You should report that player and let IMC decide their fate.

multi-boxing falls here and here
