Is this Fencer Build viable?

I’ve done a build aiming at becoming a fencer, I couldn’t care less about PVP, and even if the game push me to do it I won’t, so, totally PVE focused build here.

To answer the question to why I chose corsair instead of R3 Barbarian, I will ask another one…

What does “Jolly Roger” actually buff? Skill description says it enhance the fighting ability, and as far as I saw on youtube videos, IF my memory is not playing tricks on me, it does rise your attack speed right? If so, then that’s the reason I went for corsair.

I don’t mind loosing a litte damage over being “flashy” and hitting super fast. ( I like to see numbers popping faster then a super car on my screen xD )

Change swordsman to peltasta and you’re good to go.

Jolly Roger boosts attack if you kill mobs fast, also has the chance to drop bonus silvers on each hit

Edit: remove stomping kick, i tried using it on cbt2 it’s nearly a ■■■■ tier skill unless they change something

Cleave is good to use on stunned enemies(bonus damage), you might want to max it instead of taking stomping kick

Why do you say Peltasta is a good choice here?

Hmmm, I didn’t know about the stomping kick, thanks for the heads up, I just used those points to close the available points thing, I don’t remember much about my time on the CBTs, can I hold points to use it in the other classes that I choose in the future?

EDIT: I was planning on use a dagger on the off-hand for the 3% bonus the Fencer gets for not using a shield.

You can use swashbuck on any off hand including dagger, swash buck and seism gives you a good aoe burst.

you can save them if it’s on the same class (skill points, example save 5 points on barb c1, then use them on barb c2)

Also peltasta attribute gives you evasion if you use guardian, helps a lot on fencer

and a few more suggestions, you might want bash Lv3 for attribute, and unlock chest lv 5 might not be that useful currently, we only got a few high level chests

Sept Etoiles and Flanconnade are skills that you will use a lot too.
