i considering to replace prisoncutter+rajapearl with this card and free 3 purple card slot. But because archer can only trigger brilliance debuff using AA+sacrament buff, i think AOE wise, rajapearl still superior.

Only some classes have these cards (burn for Pyro, blind of Shadow, etc) and more should be added.
I used Purple too before they added these, but only needed 1 of them… not 3
I use biteregina + velnia monkey combo tho.
I don’t test it yet, but the logic is ‘no’ because base on tooltip, even the debuff is applied to monster and available to other party members, party members must have the card equipped to get the additional damage effect.
