am i allowed to have 2 accounts? but ofcourse i only play 1 at a time, but why i want 2 accounts is because this founder deal wont be allowed to purchase for full account but only for 1 char ?

Not sure what you mean, the Founder Deal will be added to your lodge mail, you just pick what you want and put on the char you want, The cheaper founder deal don’t grant access to the game if it is put on new account (at least i think it doesn’t) the other pack does (the expensive counterparts), which is basically the same as the cheaper ones, just that the expensive grant access to the game.
And for your first answer, i don’t see a problem on having other accounts, since you will only be able to use 1 at time, unless there is something explicit on the game Termos of Service that you aren’t allowed.

You mean the 50% off ones? Those gives access to the game o: They all give access to the game.
Its the same for any Pack, it won’t change even if you make an new account, now, unless you really want a new account, then you will probably need the expensive pack counterpart so the new account can access the game.
In the end, be it on the actual account or new account, the pack contents go to only 1 char in the account (except the Token buff and TPs).
Can I like… open a 2nd account, buy all the founder packs, use the TP to buy tokens, sell the tokens on market for silver, buy talt with silver, trade talt to my main account? Heee…
nothing wrong with that, im currently playing with 2 accounts (main and one for monitoring the market)
Do note that steam wont let you open 2 clients at once (i use 2 pc’s)
