Joint Penalty: Poison

  • Tooltip description changed from ‘Poison attack’ to ‘Poison property skill attack.’

Joint Penalty: Earth

  • Tooltip description changed from ‘Earth property attack’ to ‘Earth property skill attack.’

Joint Penalty: Lightning

  • Tooltip description changed from ‘Lightning property attack’ to ‘Lightning property skill attack.’

Does that mean only skills damage gets boost and not attack damage that has that elemental property.

Nope it just a change in the Tooltip description (IT just a text change)
To be more clear about it

It does mean that but it has always been this way - they just made the tooltips clearer.
