when i learnt Scout skill in game i found this. Is it a bug? See the yellow circle. The skill duration at lv3 and lv4 are same? see it’s detail.
Try closing and reopening the game. Sometimes glitches like that occur but are immediately “fixed” or sort of refreshed when you reopen the game.
