They can probably go around it by checking out those mob_ids, or a certain defense value or damage dealt. But it’ll stop SOME bots, yeah.

Looks like a stat reset potion.
One does not simply use stat reset below level 100.
With Blessing (Maxed Attribute), Sacrament, and Cafrisun set; it’s not like you really need to invest those 38 stat points to level.
Could easily still be deciding between builds, and doesn’t want to just blindly put in points.
I often run around with spare skill points as well. I only have 33/45 of my Wiz3 points used up. I’d rather re-evaluate the less essential skills before just throwing the points away.
Also, could be saving them for a higher circle. I do this quite commonly to get a jump start on the OP C2/C3 skills of my classes.
