so I know the max lvl is like 100 or 200 or something. Im wondering how many quests there are and if there is enough to get to max lvl
Max level is 280. And you need to kill lots of monsters to get to max level. Quest XP is just a bonus. Half of the XP alone comes from kills you do during the quest too.
Technically once you reach level 100 you have unlimited quests, so I guess you could get from 100 to 280 with doing only dailies, party quests and missions, but it will take you a year or two.

Not currently. They have added enough quests in kToS to get to 280, so eventually we’ll get those.
