I just want to know if there is a way to reset the skills because i want to know if i can adjust my skill points later or if i have to worry about at the start.
Skill reset potions are in the TP shop for around 60-70 TP. Stat reset potions were only available in the $50 founders packs that are no longer available. Class cannot be reset.

Stat reset potion was available through some DLCs during exclusive access. Probably will end up available in a shop eventually or by other means.
Class reset probably wont ever happen because there are too many nuances/variables tied to classes that make that process very complicated. Think of it as permanent/irreversible choice.
