Sorry about poor english xD. I have purchased all the DLCs and I had 2 stat reset potions. I reset stats of my lvl 241 plague doc today but soon I regretted. So I used another potion to reset again. But I mistook STR for CON. I supposed to add CON but wrongly add 100 STR. I know how stupid I was but this ruined my character!! If there is no other way I can get another stat reset potion I have no choice but quit this game, which I really don’t want to do 
So can I get some help to buy another DLC? Please save my character I am nearly crazy now.
Will there be any way to get the reset potion after f2p? I really don’t want to give up my main character and reroll a new one:(
Have sent support ticket but no reply so far. Any staff here please help me. I tried everything to find way to get another stat rest potion but I couldn’t. Do I never have chance to get one?
This game does not forgive mistakes like this, that’s why there are no rank reset or stat reset.
Most likely there will be events in the future that will reward a stat reset potion, but it’s not certain.
Well I just realized that it is not a bad thing to quit this game. I have put too much time into it. Actually the stats of my plague doc was quite good but I just wanted to try another way but this thing just happened. I am now kind of regret that I purchased all the DLCs. If I did not buy any stat reset potions I could happily play the game now.
Any way, it seems that I have wasted 255 hours and 80 pounds. And I get rid of this game and can spend more time with my friends.
I hope they respond): genuine mistakes happen.
