There is one going on right now for the ToS Indonesia server.

KR cbt is still ongoing, but you can no longer join in on it and Indonesia starts sometime soon. No idea when and I believe you cannot get in without a key there.
If you’re looking for another iCBT, you just have to wait… IMC will announce it when time comes.

Still missing betas for Japan, France, Germany and Polska
I believe those EU regions will be apart of the international server unless there is a confirmed publisher for those countries.
